Hi,,,
the purpose of this challenge is as follows. If you want to be able to kick ass at live freestyle performing, then you must have some known "riffs" or combos that have a great, logical flow and have been practiced a ton. Most of us have a couple of these (a good example might be your nervous card habit) so the requirement is : 3 of your best "riffs", they can be any concept (a one hand cuts combo, fanning riff, whatever) but it must be cards only, no hybrid, no box, no clip, no watch... you get the idea...
No time limit for the overall video but your clips should be short enough to not get boring, (but if you just do like two or three moves that aint a riff). Probably around 1 or 2 minutes total. Each riff must be uncut of course but you can use editing in between them. NO flow disruptors!!! Visibly pausing and squaring the deck is an automatic disqualification
its all about the
deck twirls. Think hands-of-sorrow type level of flow is what we are going for.
due date of two weeks from this weekend any takers?
